As a counseling intern, I offer reduced-cost, self-pay sessions and do not bill insurance directly. If you have questions about payment, please feel free to reach out.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, burnout, parenting, boundaries, and questions of identity and self-worth. I'm particularly drawn to supporting people who want to better understand themselves, explore recurring patterns, and feel more connected to who they are.

Finding a therapist you feel comfortable with matters. I offer a free 15-minute phone call so we can connect, discuss what you're looking for in therapy, and see if working together feels like a good fit. There's no pressure or obligation to move forward.

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another, talk about what brings you to therapy, and begin exploring what you hope to gain from our work together. You don't need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to begin. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Individual and couples sessions are typically [50–60 minutes]. We'll discuss the session format and frequency during our initial conversation.

I offer in-person sessions in Brunswick, Maine, as well as telehealth sessions for clients throughout Maine. We can discuss which option feels most comfortable and accessible for you.

Payment is accepted through Venmo or PayPal. We can discuss payment details before your first session.

I ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. If you're running late, please let me know as soon as you can.

I am a clinical mental health counseling intern completing my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Southern Maine. My clinical work is conducted under the supervision of Tom Cannon. I am continuing to develop my skills and experience as I work toward completing my graduate training.
